Kearns Heating & Cooling has been taking care of Kansas City homes for years! We’re looking for an HVAC pro who wants to be part of a locally owned business!

Responsibilities:

• Installation: Installing HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and ventilation systems, according to design specifications.
• Ductwork: Fabricating and installing ducts to distribute heated or cooled air throughout the building.
• Ventilation: Ensuring proper ventilation to maintain indoor air quality and meet building codes.
• Insulation: Installing insulation to optimize energy efficiency and reduce heat loss or gain.
• Controls: Setting up control systems to regulate temperature and airflow.
• Testing and Balancing: Conducting tests and balancing HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and meet design requirements.
• Maintenance: Providing maintenance and servicing to keep HVAC systems running smoothly after construction is complete.
• Compliance: Ensuring that all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, department standards and environmental standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1-2 years experience in HVAC or other mechanical field.
• Valid drivers license with a clean record,
• Ability to lift up to 100LBS Safely.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Able to continually push, pull, lift, grasp, hold, carry, reach, reach above the shoulders, stoop, bend at the waist, bend at the knee, kneel, bend side to side, crouch, stand on step stools or small ladders and balance.
• Work safely following company policies
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to pass drug screen, physical exam, and background check.
